Return policy

Refund policy

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If the item was purchased more than 30 days ago, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of products cannot be returned. For example, perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, flammable liquids or gases. Other non-returnable items: * Gift cards. * Downloadable software. * Certain health and personal care products or undergarments.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. Do not return purchased products to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial returns are possible: (if applicable) * Books with visible signs of use * CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened. * Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for any reason whatsoever and that is not the result of an error on our part. * Any item returned after 30 days from the date of delivery.

Refund (if applicable) Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received the returned item.

We will also let you know whether your return has been accepted or refused. If accepted, your return will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days. Delayed or non-existent returns (if applicable) If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially recorded. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is registered. If the item was not considered a gift at the time of purchase, or if the recipient of the gift sent the order with the intention of returning it at a later date, we will send a refund and inform the recipient that the gift has been returned.
